Under this division, we undertake buying, selling and management of properties. Once a project is approved and the agreement is signed, Al-Sharqiya team takes responsibility for managing all stages of the project, such as preparation of tender documents, appointing the contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers, obtaining necessary approvals from authorities, and putting in place a communication link between all concerned parties so that all work is carried out in line with industry specifications and standards, and that the project is completed within the scheduled time and budget.
Another highlight of this division is the property management wherein a team is dedicated to handle all the business with respect to various properties owned by Al-Sharqiya as well as its esteemed clients. The services span from renting of commercial and residential spaces to day-to-day maintenance to rent collection and other liaison with local governmental bodies for services such as utility bills and licences.
