The ideal candidate would be male Civil Engineering graduates or post graduates with about 15 - 20 years of professional experience of which at least 5 years should be as Operational head of any reputed construction company in the Sultanate. The selected candidate should be able to successfully guide and manage all divisions to ensure sustained growth and profitability of the company.
The ideal candidate should be male with MBA in Marketing with at least 5 years proven experience in retail leasing business in the Sultanate. The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of leasing activities for all projects. He should be able to identify rental rate and its turnover estimation and execute action plan to achieve company investment plans. He should be able to prepare reports for Senior Management to assess leasing performance and quality.
